Shipping policy

**Made to order.** Every Lunaria piece is made by hand after you order. Making time is shown on each product page (3-20 days depending on the piece). Personalized pieces begin production only after you confirm the engraving details with us on WhatsApp.

**Delivery.** We ship worldwide from our atelier in Lebanon via DHL with full tracking. Transit is typically 3-7 business days to the UAE and GCC, 5-10 business days elsewhere. You will receive your tracking number the day your piece ships.

**Insured, always.** Every shipment is packed in our protective double-layer packaging and insured in full. If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the box and the piece within 48 hours of delivery and send the photos to support@lunariamosaic.com or WhatsApp we will repair it and ship it again. That is our promise, on every order.

**Customs & import taxes.** International orders may be subject to import duties or VAT charged by your country. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. In our experience most UAE deliveries of typical order values clear without extra charges, but we cannot guarantee customs outcomes.

**One shipment, many pieces.** Shipping is charged per shipment, not per piece adding a second piece to your order usually ships free in the same box. Ask us on WhatsApp.
