About custom pieces.

How long does a custom piece take?

It depends on size and detail. Smaller religious icons are faster; large or architectural pieces take longer. We give you a specific timeline with the quote.

Can I send a photo as a reference?

Yes. We work from photographs, sketches, or a written description. Mention it in your inquiry and we'll guide you on what's possible.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

Yes, worldwide. Pieces are crated and fully insured. Shipping cost and timeline are quoted with your final design.

Can I see the piece before it's finished?

Yes. We send progress photos at each stage, and you approve the design sketch before crafting begins.

How does payment work?

For larger pieces we work on a deposit and final-payment-on-delivery structure, agreed during consultation before any work begins.

Is the piece signed?

Every Lunaria mosaic is signed and dated on the back by the artisan who made it.
